Dr. Foster first became well-known through national newspapers and television news shows in 1989 when he performed facial reconstruction for the "Central Park Jogger."

He is listed in New York Magazine's "The Best Doctors in New York," and "Best Doctors in America-Northeast Region," Castle Connolly's Guides, "Top Doctors: New York Metro Region," and "America's Cosmetic Doctors and Dentists," The New York Times', "New York Super Doctors," and Strathmore's Who's Who, "Best Doctors in America."

Quoted in beauty, and fashion magazines (Vogue, Allure, Glamour, More, WCAF_Allure_Cover_2_small.jpg Magazine, etc.), and featured on television shows, such as "The View," and "The Discovery Health Channel,"  Dr. Foster remains passionately committed to helping define, meet, and/or exceed the goals of his patients through his intimate "Park Avenue Boutique" practice.
