Face Lift

Rhinoplasty

Rhinoplasty, or a “nose job,” is a commonly performed cosmetic procedure that offers dramatic results. The procedure can be used to reshape a person’s nose to bring it into balance with surrounding facial features and create an attractive focal point on the face. Many people go through life feeling self-conscious about the shape or size of their nose, and rhinoplasty can offer functional, flattering benefits. By repairing the bridge, nostrils, or tip of the nose, Dr. Foster can create a nose that will make you feel more confident about your appearance.  Rhinoplasty can be performed to correct breathing problems or other issues such as a deviated septum.  And because Dr. Foster is also a board certified surgeon in Otolaryngology (Ear, Nose and Throat), he's an expert at maximizing your breathing capacity, thereby assuring your aesthetic procedure is more than just skin deep. 

"Secondary" Rhinoplasty

Also known as "Revision" Rhinoplasty, secondary surgical nose procedures are often the most challenging of all plastic surgeries in that the surgeon may have to contend with very little to work with (as too much may have been cut away), or there may be dense scar tissue to address.  A "platform" or "bridge" on which to drape the patient's nasal skin may have to be created by harvesting a graft from an ear or a rib.  Such procedures are best placed in the hands of surgeons highly skilled in reconstructive, as well as cosmetic, procedures.

Eyelid Surgery

The skin surrounding the eyes is very delicate, and under-eye bags or drooping eyelids can make a person appear older than he or she wishes. A relatively minor procedure, blepharoplasty, or eyelid surgery, can make a person look years younger by removing excess skin from above the eyes and pockets of fat from underneath. Results can be especially effective when combined with another surgery, such as a brow lift or a forehead lift.
